Behind the scenes

Hi, I’m Bridgette 👋🏻 — a Senior Product Designer passionate about creating digital experiences that feel effortless, connected, and human. I love designing at the intersection of strategy and empathy, where thoughtful design can simplify complexity and bring people closer together.

At Verizon, I lead the design of Family Line, a premium feature that helps families stay connected on one shared phone line, and helped launch Verizon Family’s personal profiles ecosystem to personalize experiences across users. My work bridges product vision and real user needs, ensuring every solution feels as intuitive as it is impactful.

Before that, I spent several years at Ford Motor Company, designing for in-vehicle and mobile ecosystems that supported millions of drivers. From improving onboarding for Google Automotive Services to leading usability testing and design validation, I learned how design can truly shape trust and ease in everyday interactions.

With a background in Human-Computer Interaction, I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a deep respect for the people behind every product. My goal is simple: to design experiences that connect, empower, and make life just a little smoother for the people who use them.

Let’s connect! 🚀
